【摘要】生信息管理正在逐步迈向管理信息现代化。浙江绍兴贸易经济学校正在筹建高等职业学院,实现学校的信息管理现代化就显得更为迫切。本论文以浙江绍兴贸易经济学校目前发展阶段所需要的学生管理信息系统开发为研究课题,针对浙江绍兴贸易经济学校的实际,结合Client/Server架构、XML等技术,提出了自己的一些观点与解决方法,给出了总体架构,具体描述了学生档案管理、课程管理、宿舍管理、成绩管理、用户管理等系统模块的设计思路、过程及实现功能,对其间遇到的关键性问题进行了深入的分析,并给出相应的解决方案。同时,本文还提出了如何有效利用数据测试来完善系统设计的相关思想。所完成系统具有针对性更强、经济性更好、灵活的可扩展性、方便二次开发等特点。实践证明,采用本学生管理信息系统,大大地提高了学校的管理效率,对学校、教师及学生的工作与生活均产生了良好的正向效益。

【外文摘要】Student management plays an important part in the Educational management of vocational colleges. With the fast development of computer technology, using computer and some other technologies can make the management more standardized, institutionalized, and also can improve the quality of management, reduce the administrative costs and the working intensity, and improve the working efficiency. And with the deep reformation of China’s education system, MOE (Minister of Education) raised new demand for the evaluation and construction of higher education institution, and the student management is gradually stepping into a modern management information era. Due to the period of preparing to establish a new higher vocational college, it is urgent for Zhejiang Shaoxing Trade and Economy School to realize the modernization of the school’s information.The thesis studies the development of Student Management Information System of Zhejiang Shaoxing Trade and Economy School suited for the present stage of development. Starting from the topic of the development background, purpose and goal setting, this thesis mainly discusses how to develop a new Student Management Information System suited for school development planning need, by combining the structure, database technology characteristic of Client/Server and XML technology. The thesis expounds the general framework of the research subject. Also the thesis describes the design ideas, process, and expected function of some main function models in this new system, such as students’files management model, course management model, dormitory management model, students’score management and accounting management model, etc. This thesis also further analyzes the key problems while developing the new system, then it gives out their solution strategies. At the same time, the thesis comes up with some thoughts connected with how to use the digital tests to perfect the system. The specific system features in more pertinence, even economical efficiency, more flexibility of expand and more convenience in the secondary development.It has proved from the practice that application of this new students’management information system has greatly improved the management efficiency of the school, and positively influenced the work and life of the teachers and students of the school.
