【摘要】优势得到充分发挥,旅游资源得到有效保护,把旅游资源优势转化为产业优势和经济优势,充分显示镜湖湿地生态旅游开发的综合效益。主要观点有：绍兴镜湖湿地生态旅游开发还处于初级阶段,其在设施配套、功能完善和宣传营销,以及环境保护方面,还存在明显不足。绍兴镜湖湿地生态旅游开发要实现可持续发展,必须把生态环境的保护与开发协调起来,实现政府和市场的协调互动。具体途径是,在保护生态环境的基础上,进一步完善功能,增加配套设施；强化生态旅游管理,提高服务质量；加大旅游宣传,塑造镜湖形象；同时,全面实施湿地生态旅游区的社区居民参与,加大政府的管理力度等。

【外文摘要】Wetland is one of the ecosystems with the richest biological diversity and highest biological function in the nature; therefore, how to develop the ecotourism of the wetland is an important issue to governments at all levels. This paper, on the basis of the systematically analyzing of the wetland ecotourism development researches both at home and abroad, and with the guidance of sustainable development theory, is put forward the relevant development measures to the Shaoxing Jinghu wetland according to the practical condition. The purpose of the paper is to give full play to the wetland resource and effectively protect it, and translate the tourism resource to be industry and economic advantages, which will show the comprehensive benefit of the Jinghu wetland ecotourism development. The main viewpoints are:Shaoxing Jinghu wetland ecotourism development is under the preliminary stage, there are obviously shortages on the aspects of facilities, functions, propaganda and marketing, and environment protecting. In order to realize the sustainable development of Shaoxing Jinghu wetland ecotourism development, the protection and development to the ecology environment should be coordinated to achieve the interaction between the government and market. The main pathways are:on the basis of protect the ecology environment, we should further complete the function and add ancillary facilities, reinforce the ecotourism administration and improve the service quality, promote the tourism propaganda and set up the good impression of Jinghu, and encourage the community resident’participation, and intensify the government administration, etc.
