【摘要】戏新唱不刻意卖弄技艺、不盲目堆砌新奇,是从剧本出发、注重人物刻画、在保留传统的基础上展现老戏新貌;二是黄沙的理论建树,主要围绕黄沙的剧种风格论展开论述,内容涉及剧种风格论、戏曲虚实论及剧本基础论。黄沙坚持以维护剧种风格为重的发展观点是当今越剧改革发展值得参考的宝贵经验;三是黄沙对于培养新人所做的贡献。黄沙将培养新人的工作落实到具体的艺术实践,主要体现在他帮助青年演员创造角色。当年金采风、刘觉、张国华、史济华等青年演员在刻画人物、创造角色方面都得到过黄沙的启发与指导。黄沙全力以赴履行指导新人的工作,为舞台培养了一批优秀青年演员的同时也成就了观众喜爱的越剧作品。本文通过对黄沙导演的实践与理论成果的分析,总结黄沙导演事业中的成功经验,为新形势下的越剧导演及越剧发展之路寻找可借鉴之道。

【外文摘要】Sha Huang is a famous scholar type Shaoxing Opera director and artist, He has an important status in the contemporary history of Shaoxing Opera. This essay discusses Sha Huang’s contributions to the directing arts of Shaoxing Opera from three aspects, one of these is the full blossom of directed plays, of which the biggest achievements is the new style performance of traditional plays . This essay starts the discussion from the main directing techniques of the three traditional opera masterpieces, "The Butterfly Lovers ", "Jade Hairpin", and "Pan Fu Suo Fu", summarized the art features of perform traditional plays in new styles for Sha Huang. His directed method of the traditional plays does not deliberately show off techniques, does not blindly pile on novelty, is starting from the script, focusing on characterization, while retaining the traditions and showing new styles of traditional plays. The second aspect is theoretical achievements of Sha Huang, mainly focusing on the discussion of theatrical styles, contents related to the theory of styles of play, theory of factuality of opera, and theory of script foundation. Sha Huang’s persistence in his development perspective of the importance of maintaining theatrical styles is valuable experience for today’s reform and development of Shaoxing Opera. The third aspect is about Sha Huang’s contribution in training new talents. Sha Huang takes his work in training new talents into detailed art practices, mainly shown in the roles he helped young actors to create. Caifeng Jin, Jue Liu, Guohua Zhang, Jihua Shi and other young actors then have all been inspired and guided by Sha Huang in portraying characters and creating roles. Sha Huang went all out to guide new talent’s work, trained a number of outstanding new actors while created many Shaoxing Operas that the audiences like. Based on the analysis of the theory and practice results of Director Sha Huang, this essay summarized the successful experiences of Sha Huang’s directing career, looked for reference for ways to develop Shaoxing Opera under the new terrain.
