【摘要】的影响进行研究。分别对杭州和西安的房地产平面广告案例进行解析,分析其文化影响下的平面设计所呈现的特色和对设计语言表达与运用的影响因素,探索两地地域文化下设计的地域性特征。从两地的地域特征的角度出发,以两地房地产平面广告为对象对平面设计问题进一步深入的研究,将两地的房地产平面设计进行比较,分析文化在设计中的运用及其在元素提炼、色彩、图形图像的运用的差异,以及形成这种表现形式的原因及规律,解决地域文化在设计元素上如何被提炼概括,成为能够彰显地域文化和精神特征的设计风格,探寻植根于地域文化的平面设计的认识观念和运用方法,在更深层次上将地域文化运用到设计中,深化设计思想。通过对杭州、西安两地的文化与房地产平面设计进行分析比较,由此探索本土化设计的方法,首先要求设计者对文化要有足够的了解。其次从文化中概括提炼具备地域特色视觉表达语言,关注设计前言动态运用现代设计的理念和表现手法对这些概括来的文化载体符号进行重构和解构形成具有本土特色的新的符号和表现形式。并为本土化设计的理念和方法起了借鉴的作用。

【外文摘要】In the economic globalization and cultural pluralism under the common function of modern design, in the meantime, have embodied functional localization unique charm design to become the era thematic.Thus, through to the regional culture and the wu and yue culture and cultural analysis, understand dongxi its cultural charm and geographical and cultural history of cultural influence and present cultural differences characteristics.Wu and yue culture and with the natural, historical dongxi culture, and social economic aspects for regional influence of graphic design. In hangzhou and xian respectively case of real estate plane advertisement, analyzes the cultural influence analytical under the present and the feature of planar design language expression and use to design the influence factors of both regional culture, and explore the regional characteristics under design.From the regional features of both Angle, both print ads in real estate as the object to the graphic design problem further research, the two real estate graphic design, analysis compares the application in design and culture in refining, colour, graphic elements of the image formed by the differences, and manifestation of reasons and rules, solve regional culture in how refined design elements, become can reveal generalizations regional culture and spiritual features design style, explore rooted in regional culture of graphic design ideas and using the method in deeper, admiral regional culture in using a design, detailed design thought.Through to hangzhou, xian two culture and real estate graphic design which carries on the analysis comparison, the design methods of exploring localization, the first requirement of culture will have enough designer of understanding. Secondly from cultural outlined with regional features visual expression refined language, pay attention to the design of dynamic use of modern design of the preface to these ideas and expressional gimmick of summarizing cultural carrier symbols reconstruction and deconstruction form with characteristic of Chinese new symbols and form. And for localization designs with methods for reference role plays.
